After School Snacks Are Very Good!

Don’t you just hate it, when you come home after school or after work and you feel hungry?

Well, don’t worry I have some ideas and recipes for you, and then you can check out the ones by Brittany and Brianne at Bringing Us Together.

Some things I like to eat after school are: cookies, crackers with peanut butter, carrots and ranch sauce, rice krispies, and more.

Here is my recipe for rice krispies:

You Will need:

  • One big pot
  • A wooden spoon
  • A measuring cup
  • A box of Rice Krispies
  • Marshmallows
  • Vanilla
  • Some butter

Now turn your stove onto about 5. Put the butter in the pot, wait for it to melt. Then pput the mashmallows in with the butter, let the marshmallows melt (keep stirring so the don’t stick or burn). Put six cups of rice krispies in the pot, then add ten little drops of vanilla in, then mix it all together. When you have mixed it all together, take a 1 inch tall cookie sheet, and take the rice krispies and squish them all in so that they can fit. Let them sit for about 20 minutes. Cut them all up, and Enjoy!
